Our goal is to restore your grill (smoker, oven, outdoor kitchen) to a clean, safe, and fully functional condition using professional deep steam cleaning methods.
However, since most grills (smokers, ovens, outdoor kitchen) we service have not been cleaned for extended periods of time, some cosmetic imperfections may remain or become visible after the cleaning process.
Minor Scratches & Surface Wear
During deep cleaning, we remove heavy grease and carbon buildup. In some cases, this may reveal or result in light surface scratches or signs of wear that were previously hidden under residue (such as discoloration, surface wear, or prior damage). These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of your grill
Rust & Corrosion
Rust is a natural result of metal oxidation and, once developed, cannot be completely removed without affecting the material itself. While we do our best to minimize its appearance and improve the overall condition, full restoration of rusted components is not always possible.
Oven Door & Interior Glass
As part of our standard service, we do not disassemble oven doors or remove internal glass panels. If you would like the interior glass cleaned, the door must be removed in advance, or we can assist with removal during the appointment in your presence. Due to the delicate nature of this process, we do not perform door disassembly independently.
Post-Cleaning Drips or Residue
Our steam cleaning process involves heat, moisture, and degreasing agents that break down hardened grease. In rare cases, small amounts of liquefied residue may continue to release from joints, seams, or hard-to-reach areas after the service is completed. This may appear as minor drips or streaks and is a normal part of the process, not a defect in the cleaning.
These situations are uncommon and temporary, and they do not impact the safety or functionality of your grill.
If you have any questions after your service, we are always happy to help.
